The product and shipping was great.
Arrived early and snacks were amazing for the family and self.
The problem is it hasn't reset for the one I'm supposed to be receiving in December so I have only received a single package in the middle of November.
I have informed the company a few times and I really hope it gets fixed because everything else is excellent.
I recommend to other consumers to buy 'single' boxes of the snackfever box not multiple boxes in a plan until they get this update problem solved so it can still be enjoyable.

I got the first box on July 9, which was shipped out on July 6, but I did not get a box this month for August, and today is already August 23. I've already contacted customer service and was told that a box would be shipped out monthly, but I'm still waiting for the second box. I still haven't gotten an email telling me if the box has been shipped out yet. Would I order this plan again? Absolutely not. I would probably just order one individual box instead of a monthly plan.
