What is SnackFever?
SnackFever is a subscription based technology company that delivers yummy Korean snacks, drinks, ramen (ramyun), candies, food and other treats in a box directly to your doorstep every month or a la carte (beta shop).
How big is the box?
We also have Special Limited Edition boxes in our SHOP and the box size may vary.
How many snacks are there in a box?
There are at least 10 different snacks and other treats in the Original Box and at least 5 in the Mini Box. The Deluxe Box will include at least 12 different snacks including premium and exclusive snacks, swag and more! Trust us, we'll be generous!
How much does the box weigh?
The Deluxe Box weighs around 3.5-5 lbs, the Original Box around 2-3 lbs and the Mini Box around 0.7-1 lbs. One-time boxes from our SHOP vary in size and weight.
Can I choose the snacks I'll receive in my box?
Yes, we have recently launched our SHOP Beta where you will be able to order a la carte. It’s still a beta so we’re still testing and experimenting so you may find bugs/errors. We’ll be adding more items as we go. If you have any snacks you really want, just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

When do you ship? How long does it take?
For subscription boxes, the estimated shipping date is the 23rd of each month. Beta SHOP orders ship within 3 business days. We ship with USPS 1-3 Day Priority Mail, First Class, or FedEx. The AVERAGE delivery time is 4 to 5 business days (not guaranteed).
How much is shipping and handling?
For subscription orders, shipping is free within the US (including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and military addresses). For the Beta Shop, for now, we only ship within the 48 contiguous US states and there is a shipping and handling fee of $4.99 (may change).
What countries do you ship to?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, we do. Once we ship your box you will receive an email with your USPS (www.usps.com) or Fedex (www.fedex.com) tracking number. If you don't receive one, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, you may have to ask your email service provider to unblock all our emails and emails from Fedex. If they can't help you, just shoot us an email at email@example.com.
How do I change my address?
Login to your account page and you will see where to edit/change your address.
I would like to send a GIFT to a friend. Can I add another shipping address?
Definitely yes! On your account page, just add another address. Or select the GIFT option at checkout. Gifts DO NOT auto-renew.
SHOOOT! I made a mistake with my shipping address. What can I do?
T.T Since we print our shipping labels 7 days before shipping (for beta shop orders, within the hour of order), please make sure your address is updated by the 16th. DOUBLE-TRIPLE-QUADRUPLE-CHECK. If there are any returned boxes due to a mistake made on your end, we will ask for you to pay for the re-shipping fee of at least $10 because it does cost us money and time :(.However, if the mistake was on our end we will accommodate to ensure you receive a new box without any further costs. :)
What types of payments do you accept? And is payment secure?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We never store or receive your card details - they are securely stored on Stripe (www.stripe.com), our payment processor. Heck, we don't even have a server. Everything's on the cloud these days (yeah, we're nerds)!
Do you accept Paypal?
Yes, we do. At checkout, you will be able to see the option.
When do I get billed?
You will be billed on the 1st of each month except for the first payment which you will be billed immediately. As long as you sign up before the 20th/21st (11 days before the 1st, which is the billing date) you will receive the box for the current month. For example, if you sign up BEFORE the cut-off date/time for the April Box (April 20th midnight PDT) you will receive the April Box and your next renewal date would be on May 1st. If you sign up AFTER, then your first box would be the May Box (shipped on May 23rd) and your subsequent renewal billing date would be June 1st.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel anytime by logging into your account. Click on “Subscriptions” -> “Edit” -> “Cancel”. This will cancel your renewal. If you cancel a subscription after a payment has been processed, you will still receive the number of boxes you have paid for.
I canceled my subscription but I just received an email saying that a package is being shipped. What's happening?
If you've paid for your box, even though you cancel your subscription, you will still receive the number of boxes you have paid for. So please make sure to cancel before the next renewal date for your subscription plan.
Can I return or get a refund on my box?
All subscription plans are non-refundable and will automatically renew until stopped. If you cancel a subscription after a payment has already been processed, you will still receive the number of boxes you have paid for. Returns with the request of a refund will be refunded the paid-for subscription cost minus the shipping cost and other handling fees and is at our discretion.
Can I cancel shipment after being charged for this month?
Unfortunately, once a payment has been processed, we cannot cancel the shipment.
Can I just purchase one-time?
Yes, just select the "Gift" option (does not renew, unless it's from the Cratejoy Marketplace) or subscribe and cancel immediately.
How do I reactivate my subscription?
You may reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account.
Hey, I didn't authorize payment. Why did you charge me?
We never charge you without authorization. We mention clearly on our website and emails that subscriptions AUTO-RENEW (just like Netflix or DramaFever) and without agreeing to our Terms of Service, we don't even let you check out.
I have upgraded my box from Original to Deluxe but I still got the Original. What happened?
When you upgrade your subscription, it does not upgrade immediately (you might have noticed we haven't charged you the difference). It upgrades on your next renewal date. So if you already paid for the April Original Box on April 1st and you upgrade on April 18th to the Deluxe, you won't receive the Deluxe Box until May. If you want the upgrade immediately, just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll charge you the difference via Paypal.
Do you provide allergy information or offer customized boxes to fit my diet restrictions?
Unfortunately, for now, we do not offer any customized boxes. If you have any allergies please take extra caution. Most snacks may have been manufactured in an environment where nuts and other allergens are handled. If you are unsure, please seek professional advice from a doctor. SnackFever is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by consuming the snacks and anything we include in the boxes. Please consume at your own risk. We will do our best to provide you with the descriptions in English. Some snacks do include English ingredient labels; for some, we may include them via email in a PDF attachment. However, due to the nature of our service it is almost impossible to list the full ingredient components of everything we send out.
Do you work with Youtubers, Instagrammers and bloggers?
Yes, we do. If you are interested, please send us an email to email@example.com telling us more about you and your channel/page, including number of followers/viewers and your monthly stats. At the moment, we are only working with US-based Youtubers, Instagrammers and bloggers. Due to the large number of emails we receive from influencers, if you don't meet our criteria or you are not a match for our brand, we may not reply to your email. Hope you understand and sorry for the inconvenience :). By the way, we detect fakes. Been scammed too many times LOL. If you're one of them, you should be ashamed of yourself. Scamming for a box of snacks? Don't even bother, mate.
