SnackFever’s Original Box will be delivered to your door every month. With this plan, the first payment will be billed immediately. Your recurring billing date is determined by your original sign up date. For example, if you join on the 10th, your next payment will be billed and processed on the 10th of the month (do not worry, you can cancel before the upcoming renewal at any time).

(Please note: For customers who purchased during January, we will award an additional 300 Fever Points to their account.)

You can expect 8~10 of the trendiest and most popular Korean snacks on the market!  Everything from chocolate, jellies, chips, candies, and more will be curated with love from your SnackFever Oppas and Unnies!  

*Due to the results of surveys we sent out, SnackFever has decided to include more snacks in place of swags so that our customers can get the most out of their boxes.

Auto-renews every month. You may cancel, skip, or pause the renewal any time from your account dashboard.

Shipping and Handling

When are the SnackFever Original and Deluxe Boxes (subscriptions) shipped?

Boxes are shipped once a month between the first and second week of the following month. So for example, if you order (or subscription renews) in January (1st through 31st 11:59 PM EST), your first (or renewed) box gets shipped in February, second box in March and so on. If you order in February, your first box gets shipped in March and so on.

When are the SnackFever One-time Boxes shipped?

If you order between Monday and Sunday 11:59 EST, one-time boxes ship the following Wednesday.

How much is the shipping fee?

$5 USD per box. Anywhere in the world.

What shipping carrier do you use?

All of our products are shipped from Korea using Korea Post and then they're handled by your local government-sponsored postal service and customs.

How long does it take? What's the estimated delivery time?

  • Japan, Hong Kong, China, and neighboring countries: *5~10 days.
  • Thailand, Singapore, and neighboring countries: *6~10 days.
  • Australia, New Zealand, and neighboring countries: *7~12 days.
  • North America: *9~14 days.
  • Europe: *7~14 days.
  • India and the Middle East: *9~15 days.
  • Africa, Central, and South America: *10~20 days.

    *Plus days for customs clearance. This depends on the country but most countries clear within 2 days (some countries can take up to 8 weeks). Please note, pick-up may be required due to customs clearance quarantine depending on the country and customs office.

    Why is it taking so long to receive my box?

    Remember, it's an international order. Depending on the country, it can take anywhere between 5 to 20 days (+ customs clearance) after shipment. There are many factors that can delay your shipment:

    1. Flights from Korea - are there frequent direct flights from Korea to your country?
    2. Postal service efficiency - is your country's postal service efficient? You should know better than us! :)
    3. Customs - is your country very strict with customs? Are they efficient? Is the customs officer in a bad mood that day?
    4. Weather, earthquakes, and other catastrophes - Has your country suffered any of these recently?

    Do I get a tracking number?

    • Yes, once we ship your box, you will receive a tracking number via email, account dashboard, or SMS.

    Do you ship to my country?

    • We ship worldwide to most countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, then sadly, we won't be able to ship. 

    I got my box stolen. Can you send me another one?

    • Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure the shipping address is safe and correct.

    Orders are processed within 24 hours. If you need to make any changes, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change the order. However, this is not guaranteed. Please note, if you order multiple boxes, they may be shipped separately.

    Customs Fees

    Excluding extraordinary circumstances, our items are generally not taxed in the majority of countries. Customs fees, taxes and other expenses are not included in the total price (except sales taxes in California, USA - just for some products). Payment of these additional expenses is the burden of the customer upon receiving the package. We understate the value of the boxes (and mark them as gifts) to minimize the chances of paying customs fees. 

    *Please contact your local post office or customs office for more detailed and precise information on taxes.

    • Customs clearance: Pick-up may be required due to customs clearance quarantine depending on the country and customs office.

    NOTE: Returns due to complaints about extra taxes during the clearance process will not be acceptable.

    If you have any allergies please take extra caution. We recommend not to order if your allergic reaction is really bad. Most products may have been manufactured in an environment where nuts and other allergens are handled. If you are unsure, please seek professional advice from a doctor. SnackFever is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by consuming the snacks, food, and anything we include in the boxes. Please consume at your own risk.
