Starting the Day Off Right

It’s no secret that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and the actor likes to make sure it’s his most filling one at that.

Posting a picture of what the days starting meal was, had his fans craving for a bite. A bowl of porridge topped off with blueberries, strawberries, bananas and oatmeal, accompanied with avocado toast with a poached egg and a side of greens, called for a picture perfect Instagram post.

A Perfect Blend

Let’s be completely honest, your day doesn’t start off until you’ve had a cup of coffee and this is particularly true for Hae In. The actor likes to post many pics of him enjoying the energizing drink in different ways.

Whether it be straight black coffee sweetened by a couple of cookies...

A small rich cup of espresso…

Or a nice cup of warm coffee with his face on it to keep cool on chilly days. The actor likes to keep caffeinated to make sure he lasts through his incredibly long and hectic filming days.

Cold Noodles

Not only a great comfort food but a way to keep refreshed in the summer as well. The actor shares on his Instagram one of his many meals during the summer days.

Korean summer noodles, otherwise known as naengmyeon, are noodles served in a cold broth and can be accompanied with cucumbers, pickled radish boiled beef or egg. A great way to forget about the summer heat.
