Inside the box, you will find an eclectic mix of flavors from cheesy to spicy to seafood-y. All of which will make your tummy nice, warm and fuzzy.
This box comes with a combination of 7~10 premium instant noodles from ramen to udon to soba, from spicy to non-spicy to soupless to seafood-y, condiments, and swag.
Doshirak (도시락) means "lunch box" in Korean.
If you're in the mood for something more than snacks, this box is perfect for you. It contains a variety of ready made-meals meticulously taste tested by our expert snackers. Perfect for college students, young professionals on the go, and anyone else who loves a little warm and fuzzy in their tummy.
This box comes with a combination of 8~12 premium easy-prep, ready-to-serve Korean food (from Bibimbap to Kimchi stew to banchan. Anything Koreans eat!), condiments, and swag. Basically, a Korean meal in a box.
When do SnackFever Boxes ship?
SnackFever Boxes ship on or around the 23rd of each month. Whether you subscribe to a month-to-month or 6 month-plan, you will receive a box every month (just like a magazine subscription!). Once we ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The estimated arrival date is usually between the 25th~31st of the month. Please note, the cut-off date for the current month's box is always the 20th/21st 4pm Pacific Time (10 days before the last day of the month).
Can I buy a one-time box?
Yes, you can! Just like with any other subscription service (magazine, Netflix, or DramaFever) simply cancel the subscription from your account dashboard before the next renewal (this will cancel the renewal, not the order). No need to stay with us forever (although that would be awesome!).
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes, definitely. Gift subscriptions, unlike normal subscriptions, do NOT auto-renew by default, but you have the option to have it auto-renew. At checkout, simply check the “This is a gift” option.
How do I pause/skip my subscription?
To pause/skip your subscription, simply go to "My Account" -> "Subscription" -> "Edit" -> "Skip Renewal". Please note, this skips one renewal only. If you signed up for a month-to-month subscription, it will skip one box, if you signed up to a 3-month plan, then it will skip 3 boxes. If you would like to pause indefinitely, simply cancel the subscription ("My Account" -> "Subscription" -> "Edit" -> "Cancel subscription") and reactivate it when you're ready to come back.
When will I be billed?
The first payment will be billed immediately. Your plan will automatically renew on the 1st of the month following the last delivery of your current plan (do not worry, you can cancel the upcoming renewal at any time).
As long as you sign up before the 20th/21st (10 days before the last day of the month) 4pm Pacific Time, you will receive the box for the current month. For example, if you sign up for a monthly plan (pay every month) BEFORE the cut-off date/time for the April Box (April 20th 4pm Pacific Time) you will receive the April Box and your next renewal date would be on May 1st. If you sign up AFTER, then your first box would be the May Box (shipped on/around May 23rd) and your subsequent renewal billing date would be June 1st.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We hate to see you go! But if you must cancel, here's how and you can do it anytime:
Please note, we have to process subscriptions by the 1st of each billing month. If you cancel a subscription after a payment has been processed, you will still receive the number of boxes you have paid for. So please make sure to cancel before the next renewal date for your subscription plan. You can find your next renewal date under "Subscriptions" on your account dashboard.
